QatarEnergy will also hold a 40% stake in Block 65, while Shell (the operator) will own 60%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs and the President and CEO of QatarEnergy, expressed his joy about the signing, stating, &#8220;We are delighted to sign the production sharing contracts for Blocks 64 and 65, expanding our operations in the promising basins of Suriname.
