This information was reported to the editorial team of Waterkant.Net by a source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the director of the Ministry of Finance in Suriname, Radj Parohi, the disbursement was supposed to take place immediately <em>after<\/em> the Christmas holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Previously, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) <a href=\"https:\/\/localcontentsuriname.com\/nieuwsbericht\/imf-rebuke-urgent-call-for-president-santokhi-to-address-social-challenges\/\">had already rebuked the Surinamese government<\/a> regarding the social program being implemented.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several government leaders have also expressed dissatisfaction with the policy regarding the social program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants are once again very disappointed in the president and believe that they constantly have to demand their benefits.
