We started out installing computers at schools, to support current learning methods, and quickly became a go to address concerning IT and education, with special attention for the interior area of Suriname. By now, both schools and the government know where to find us in case of computer issues and we have expanded our work greatly. We currently focus on hardware installation, network engineering, development of 21st century skills and IT -training. What sets us apart is our intensive collaboration with the Surinamese Institute of Natural Resources and Engineering Studies (NATIN). Probitas is a recognized training company for NATIN's IT students. At NATIN itself or during an internship it's not always possible to gain all the needed practical experience, whilst Probitas performs such activities regularly and could really use the help. Together we can do a lot more and keep the costs for IT maintenance at schools low to none. We created a true win-win situation for all parties involved, which makes a major contribution to the IT development of Suriname.
