✅ Requirements
Fluency (C1 or higher) in one of the following languages:
Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Dutch

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently from any location

Advantage if you have:

Experience with CRM systems

Strong computer and typing skills

🧾 Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and warm calls from customers in Europe

Consult and sell health and beauty products

Provide assistance with orders, delivery, and product recommendations

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Maintain and update CRM records and prepare brief reports
